In the spirit of reconciliation, we honour and acknowledge that we live, work and recreate on traditional territories of the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries. These are the lands of the traditional Treaty 7 territories of the Îyârhe Nakoda (Stoney Nakoda) Nations of Chiniki, Wesley, and Bearspaw, as well as the the Tsuut’ina First Nation and the Blackfoot Confederacy comprised of the Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.
